hahaha try it Manang! I’m sure you will not have any mishaps this time! The first time I tried making cheesecake, i used a different cheesecake recipe and it was a disaster! I also tried a no0bake cheesecake recipe and it was also a disaster! This time I got lucky hehehehe

Z, this cheesecake looks really really yummy! I like the idea of sourcream topping because I usually find cheesecake too rich, and I love the idea of using graham crust. The fist time I made cheesecake with no crust, it leaked out of the springform pan; I got discouraged and never tried again. This recipe encourages me again to make one. Maybe one of these days…
