Chicken Souvlaki
Our Version
According to Wikipedia, a souvlaki is a popular Greek fast food consisting of small pieces of meat and sometimes vegetables grilled on a skewer. It may be served on the skewer for eating out of hand, in a pita sandwich with garnishes and sauces, or on a dinner plate ready for insertion, often with fried potatoes or pilaf. The meat is traditionally pork in Greece and Cyprus, or in modern times increasingly chicken.
However, we stepped away from the traditional and modified the recipe. Insted of grilling the chicken, we just stuck it in the oven. Hehehehe a quick fix for our left over chicken tenders!

*BTW for those of you who don’t already know, my blog got wiped out last week so if you’re looking for my previous posts, they are unavailable. I already gave myself lip for not backing up my files, though.*

Yummy nga yung dish…lotsa garlic…my fave!
i was just being lazy and didn’t back up for two-three months… tapos I did a little “spring cleaning” on my files sa pc and lappy and deleted the exported files… LOL
Actually sa WP merong export option tapos they save your blog as xml file including comments…
Uhh… for blogger blogs there’s a site you go to for uploading and backing up your blog files… hmmmm i forgot what it was… I did that when I was on blogger before…pero yung site that i used was super confusing… I don’t even know if my files where really backed up! LOL
